1. General Refund Policy

At Literacy Courses, we strive for student satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for course refunds and cancellations.

2. Cancellation Before Course Start

If you cancel your enrollment before the course start date:

• More than 14 days before start: Full refund minus €25 administrative fee
• 7-14 days before start: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but credit toward future course

3. Withdrawal After Course Start

If you withdraw after the course has begun:

• Within first week: Refund of 75% of course fee
• Within second week: Refund of 50% of course fee
• After second week: No refund available

4. Course Cancellation by Literacy Courses

If we cancel a course:

• Full refund of all fees paid
• Option to transfer to another course without additional fees
• Priority enrollment in future courses

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Course materials once accessed or distributed
• Registration and administrative fees
• Special workshop or event fees

7. Transfer to Another Course

Subject to availability, you may transfer your enrollment to another course within the same enrollment period. Transfers are subject to a €30 administrative fee. Price differences must be paid before the transfer is complete.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include any supporting documentation for special circumstances
3. We will respond within 3 business days
4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days

10. Course Satisfaction

If you're unsatisfied with your course experience, please speak with your instructor or contact our student services team before withdrawing. We're committed to addressing concerns and improving your experience.

11. Payment Plans

If you're on a payment plan and request a refund, any applicable refund will be issued after deducting remaining payment obligations and any administrative fees.
